Two years ago today, the P-town learning center opened its doors. By the grace of God, we're still here and making progress in helping these children and their families.
What do you serve at a birthday party in Indonesia? Chicken soup! or Soto Ayam in Indonesian. A very popular dish of rice, noodles, chicken broth, green onions, egg, lemon, various spices, shrimp crackers, and the spicy sambal sauce. It's really good!
