We're in the middle of dry season, which means good strong winds for flying kites. Home made kites are up everywhere, many preparing for Independence Day competitions.Just behind the learning center several kids in the community were testing their creations out. Notice the cement blocks in a couple of places along the hill. Most of this community borders and in some cases was built right on top of a large grave yard.
